Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is to promote institutional effectiveness through ongoing, systematic planning and assessment efforts in order to support faculty and staff in achieving the institutional mission.

Specific responsibilities of the OIEA include:

  • Promoting continuous improvement across the institution through an ongoing and systematic planning and assessment process; and
  • Coordinating efforts to maintain continued reaffirmation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools-Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
