State Authorization for Distance Education
For the institution to offer online or correspondence courses in a state other than Texas, TTUHSC must first comply with that state's requirements. These requirements differ from state to state. Refer to the map below to view the states for which the School of Health Professions (SOAHS), School of Nursing (SON), and Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing (GGHSON) have state authorization, those that are pending authorization, and those for which TTUHSC is not authorized to offer distance education.
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is registered as a private institution with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education pursuant to sections 136A.61 to 136A.71. Registration is not an endorsement of the institution. Credits earned at the institution may not transfer to all other institutions.
The student portal allows you as a distance learning student to manage your educational experience through one website. WebRaider provides you these services: university announcements, personal information updates, monitoring of your TTUHSC student account, student services, and registration for each semester no matter where you are located.
