Who should have an evaluation done by February 28, 2015?
What about new hires?
The chart below details when staff evaluations, 6 month or annual, are due and
expected to be in the employee’s file. If a current employee transferred to a
department in 2014, they are a new hire to that department. But, if an employee
has or will transfer out of a department October through December 2014,
the losing department must complete an annual evaluation upon the transfer.
