Transcript Requests

A Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center transcript includes a record of a student's enrollment at TTUHSC. Students must request each school and degree individually to obtain all academic history at TTUHSC. 

There is currently no charge for transcripts sent electronically or mailed from TTUHSC. 

Unofficial Transcripts


Unofficial transcripts are available only currently-enrolled students at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and can be accessed through the HSCMyTech Student Center (https://webraider.ttuhsc.edu
). To print a copy of the TTUHSC unofficial transcript, follow these steps:

Current Students:

  • · Log on to the WebRaider Portal at https://webraider.ttuhsc.edu and click on the "HSCMyTech" tab. 
  • · Under the "Manage My Enrollment" section, select Transcript, then select "Unofficial Transcript - View Online"
  • · Select the appropriate term
  • · Click "Submit"

Official Transcripts

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. Please click on the TranscriptsPlus icon below to enter your order. If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the internet, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the phone.

CHECK ORDER STATUS (If Ordered Online)

Standard processing turnaround time once you place your official transcript order online is 1-3 business days.

Student may choose to have a pdf emailed or sent via FedEx at an additional charge to the student.  

 

Current Students: 

  • · Log on to the WebRaider Portal at https://webraider.ttuhsc.edu and click on the "HSCMyTech" tab. 
  • · Under the "Manage My Enrollment" section, select Transcript, then select "TTUHSC Transcript Request"

If you are an undergraduate or graduate Texas Tech or TTUHSC student requesting admission to a TTUHSC program, DO NOT use this form. The Schools have access to view transcripts. It does not need to be mailed. 

Alumni And Former Students:

Former students and alumni who need a copy of their TTUHSC educational record must request an official transcript, directly from Credentials Solutions using the following link: https://www.credentials-inc.com/tplus/?ALUMTRO010674.

For ERAS fellowship requests, the Office of the Registrar does not upload into the ERAS system. Documents are sent to the student to be uploaded. 

Order In Person: 

In person orders may be placed in ACB 2C400 across from the Synergistic Center. 

General Information

Please Note:

  • ·  Students have the legal right to review and inspect their educational record. Students wishing to do so must submit their request in writing to the Registrar who will in turn schedule an appointment within 45 days of receipt of the request. 
  • ·  An official transcript will not be issued unless all financial obligations to the University have been satisfied. 
  • ·  Official Transcripts will not be faxed. They may only be picked up or mailed. If this is your first semester at TTUHSC, you will not have an Official Transcript until grades are posted. 
  • ·  All transcript orders will be reviewed for holds and audited to insure accuracy. Depending upon the time of year, expect a minimum fulfillment time of 5 business days. 
  • · In the Fall of 2008, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center underwent a student record system conversion. Every effort has been made to insure the accuracy of your academic record. Should you note any discrepancies, please contact our offices immediately for a more detailed review of your record.
