The STAR Program meets every Tuesday from 10-11am from September through May.

Small Group Weekly Meetings

• The STAR Program provides speech-language support in a small group setting as part of a community outreach program.
• Meets once per week for 1 hour.
• Targets communication skills and life participation.
• Members discuss past and present experiences, current events, and common interests.
• All ages welcome.
• All levels of communication ability welcome.
• Free for all participants.
• Remote/Virtual option available.

 Care Partners Weekly Meetings

Care Partners Network

• Provides a venue for care partners to share. 
• Provides education about stroke and its side effects, including aphasia.

Care Partners Connect

• Provides a venue for care partners to share.
• Provides information about Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA) and Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD).

Merged Meetings

Once a month, everyone in STAR Program comes together for a merged meeting. At merged meetings, members engage in socialization and view an entertainment performance or educational program.
