The TTUHSC Division of Human Resources coordinates a range of learning opportunities for our team members to acquire new skills and knowledge relevant to their roles. By offering practical training courses related to the most frequent workforce relations questions, HR seeks to empower team members, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and cultivate a supportive and engaging work environment.

Manager QuickStart Program
The Division of Human Resources is thrilled to introduce the Manager QuickStart Program – a new initiative designed to provide people leaders of all levels with a comprehensive foundation of essential management skills and knowledge of university-specific processes. This program was designed for newly-hired supervisors or recently promoted individuals with managerial responsibilities, but all TTUHSC leaders are welcome and encouraged to join.
This multi-part series is offered virtually via Zoom and each course may be taken in any order. The classes are offered on a repeating monthly basis, but the same content will be covered in each session. To register, please log in and enroll for each class.

- Log into ACME, then locate the Main Menu
- From the Participant links, select Enroll in a Classroom Course
- You will be directed to a page with a calendar. Using the Campus drop-down menu located above the calendar, select Online
- Using the embedded calendar, choose the appropriate date, then click Select next to the course title
- Click the Enroll in Venue button to register
